Hello everyone! Alfred is a 4 year old intact male German Shepherd Dog. He is full blooded with an uncommon coloring known as Panda. He's gorgeous and very loving. I rescued him from a bad breeder situation where he was kept outside, underweight, and developed heart worms. I have gotten him all his vaccinations however we could not neuter due to the HW+ status. He is on Bravecto for fleas and ticks, I have an extra dose to go home with him as well. He is on the first round of drugs for the fast kill treatment. Whoever takes him from me must continue his treatment or it will kill him. I think he would do well in a home where the owner has the time and patience for a puppy brain in a dog sized body. This goofball was kept outside all of his life and never had to learn any of the core life skills that our inside dogs have the privilege of. We have been working on house training and he has gotten better HOWEVER teaching him sit, down, stay any simple commands seems to be too much for him. I do not think he is dumb at all, I think he just gets too excited to think straight. He does nip playfully and he doesn't understand why his scratches hurt so bad. I love this dog, but the situation was not all disclosed to me in the beginning 100%. If you want a loyal and loving boy Alfred is your man! He just needs a bunch of TLC and time.
