Biography:
She's 3 ½ years old, and has the energy of a pup. 65lbs and is always up for playing or cuddling, she attaches to new people very quickly and is very loyal, you can be gone an hour and when you come back she'll greet you as if she hasn't seen you in ages.
She's good at following directions and is easy to teach. For example we recently installed a pull-rope low on our kitchen door and after a few demonstrations she could let herself out of the kitchen. She's house trained and will hold it, she'll also vocally let you know when she has to go potty, also we recommend not being gone for extended periods (12+ hours) if she's indoors or she'll have no choice.
She's tagged, chipped, spayed, and vaccinated. She loves to play outside, but is mainly an inside dog. If you're seriously interested please reach out, I'll answer any questions you have. Her schedule adapts to whomever she attaches to most, so when you're up (so is she) and when you go to sleep (so does she). I'll cover whatever fees as long as she's going to a nice safe home.

Reason for re-homing:
The property our rental is on is being sold and we're forced to relocate. We've been searching for months for a new home that'll allow our dog but she's either over they're weight limits or they don't allow pets at all. We've reached out to family and friends and they either have an abundance of dogs themselves or are not allowed to have them. If we can't find anywhere to live by the end of August we'll be homeless and because my wife and I still work there's no place we can leave her where we know she'll be taken care of. We desperately need to find her a safe home.
