Biography:

Melo (pronounced "mellow") is almost two years old. She's very energetic and active and sweet. We can't give her the attention and exercise she needs due to some personal changes in our family this year. We hate to give her up but we know we're not giving her the right home with us. She has never been aggressive with people or animals. She's very curious and full of energy.

She has gone to obedience school and knows many commands (sit, lay down, stay, NO, down, etc.). She gets very excited around new people and new environments, but settles in nicely after a little while. She loves to go on walks, play fetch, play in the water, and play tug-o-war. She sleeps inside in a crate and spends most of the day outside unless the weather is too hot, rainy, or cold.
