Pet’s Information

Pet’s Name: Nova

Biography:

Nova was the last puppy of the litter to be adopted. The previous owners said nobody wanted her. It was love at first sight for my family. Nova for right into my family with young boys. She loves to run around outside and play fetch, so things she doesn’t give the ball up right away but that’s just nova being silly. Nova is very sweet with my children and very clingy with me her owner. She loves tummy rubs and lots of attention. She will whine and whine if all the attention is not on her. All shots are up to date and recently tested negative for heartworms. Nova hasn’t been socialized very much, and will bark at strangers at first because that’s her being protective. She has also been to a a couple of obedience trainings and was successful with her basic commands. Nova has never shown signs of aggression towards and people but will naturally bark. Also she does like to nibble but never bite. Once she realizes there is no threat she becomes submissive and friendly. She is not that way with other animals. She will continue to bark unless properly greeted with another dog. She is not found of cats at all. I see Nova being re homed with a someone who loves being outdoors and has time to socialize her properly.
