General Description:
Long haired, mixed breed, eyes are big like an owl's, fluffy, affectionate. Skiddish with strangers when she first meets them. Friendly. Does not get along with dogs. Litter box trained. Playful, behaved. Hates water. She is an inside/outside cat.
Diet: Friskies wet canned cat food (shreds)
Meowmix dry food soft center
Temptations cat treats (or Walmart brand)
Can only handle small (shredded foods)
Medical: Mild arthritis, supposed to take medicine but she refuses pill form.
Her fur gets matted because of arthritis, limited on grooming herself.
She needs frequent brushing
Can't jump very high, couch level.
Has a tender tooth, but vet says it's okay.

Reason for re-homing:
It has become quite financially hard on my mother and I to keep buying canned cat food and to keep up with vet visits for 4 cats, and as my mother has gotten older and she is disabled, it's harder for her to upkeep with Pepper's needs. My stepfather (main caretaker of the cats) passed away last July and I am struggling to take care of her because I am constantly working.
