Pet’s Name: Elvis
Biography:
We rescued Elvis about 3 years ago and he has been so good to us in those three years. He's very good with other dogs, has a lot of energy, and loves to play. He is caught up on all vaccines, received flea/tick medication monthly. Has had no medical issues. Not great with kids/babies. He's a very goofy dog but very affectionate and a big fan of cuddling. He would need a house with space in the backyard and a fence. There should be no cats or other types of small pets around him. We love him but unfortunately can no longer take care of him at this time. We would really like to find a good home for him

Reason for re-homing:
We are looking to find a loving new home for our dog after welcoming our newborn. While he has not shown aggression toward our baby, he has had a difficult time adjusting to the changes that come with having a newborn in the home, and we don’t feel that the two are the best fit for each other.
With a new baby, we also aren’t able to give him the time, attention, and routine he deserves. This is an incredibly difficult decision because we love him, but we feel that finding him a home where he can thrive and receive the attention and companionship he needs is the best decision for everyone.
