Meet Bella Gray
Bella Gray is not your average cat, she’s a survivor, a storyteller, and a soulful companion with a heart full of love. She is a spayed 3-year-old community cat with plush gray fur and mesmerizing blue-green eyes. She has a calm demeanor and is deeply affectionate offering head butts, playful chatter, and has a love for treats, toys, companionship, and her feline friend, Mr. Mustache Man.
While she’s not fond of being picked up, I believe with patience and consistency, she may grow more comfortable with being picked up as needed.
Her Journey
I met Bella during neighborhood walks over a year ago. In October 2024, I noticed she was leaking urine and by March 2025, she was diagnosed with a high tail fracture causing permanent incontinence. While tail removal was considered, a specialist advised against it due to potential complications. Despite this, Bella has shown remarkable adaptability and grace.
Since then, Bella has transitioned from street life to a large kennel, and now to a spacious backyard Catio. She’s adapted beautifully, even to her daily cleaning routine, which prevents scalding and wounds. Her trust and resilience grow with every step.
