Pet’s Name: Aurora Borealis
Biography:
Aurora is a quiet, shy, and recently anxious cat. She will be 2 in May. She is up to date on rabies vaccine, through Pets Alive, and is due this summer for another shot. She gets regular topical flea/tick medicine, and wears a collar as well.
She is one of three in a litter to a rescued cat momma and has been living with us, along with her mom and two siblings, our children, and our other outdoor cats. She has only been indoors.
She is very close to her litter mates, but has recently been bullied by one of our older cats. She is afraid to come out from under the couch, except to eat.
She cuddles her cat siblings, and is comfortable with pets from our children, so long as she isn’t required to move from under the couch.
We believe she needs a quieter home with less cats and children, and with plenty of places to sit up high like a gargoyle.
She is litter trained, but for the last month she does not feel safe leaving her hiding place under the couch, and has left messes there.
