Biography:
This is Boone. He is a 1.5 year old Border Collie. He is up to date on all vaccines, very active & SO smart.
PLEASE READ IF INTERESTED:
Border Collies are working breeds! They need
physical activity. We moved from KY a few months ago and now have a significantly smaller yard.
Border Collies also love to “herd”. We have small children and because they can be a little crazy at times, mixed with a decrease in physical activity for him, he has gotten a little intense with the herding instinct on our kids.
He is NOT an aggressive dog.
He knows some basic commands, but is extremely smart and learns quickly. He is still young, he does jump up a bit on new people.
Boone would thrive best in a home with another dog! He is so friendly and socialized well. He loves to play and would do well with an older dog to show him the ropes. He also needs outdoor space and physical activity, and in my opinion would do better in a home with no small children.
Non destructive (but loves a good chewing bone), house trained, and the best snuggler.
Small rehoming fee, he will not go to just anyone!!
