Hi!

My name is Bobby. Recently, I have come to Cape Canaveral, Florida from PA from overcrowded shelter when my foster mom moved to Florida. She didn’t want live me behind to go back to this shelter. So, she adopted me and took with her. I am about 9 months old and about medium energy for a puppy. I am about 39.2 lb, neutered, and up to date on vaccines.  Since the time my foster mom was caring for me, I learned to wear a collar, walk on a leash, understand basic commands such as no, sit, lay down, stop when we walk, wait, go pee, go in your bed, and boundaries. Also, I am a house broken (some accidents still can happen) and crate trained. However, I don't like to be there for a long time during the day. I can be a little mouthy when I am too excited, but my mom works on it and this is getting less. So, my mom does not recommend for me to go into a house with children. I like to pick up and chew different stuff and chew on stick, which I shouldn't do.  I need to continue training for this behavior to get rid it of. I can be stubborn, but my mom does not allow me to do what I want. I am very food motivated, and because of this, I easily absorb new things to be taught. In my mom's house, I live with my dog sister, and we get along well. So, I am people and dog friendly.  I am not sure about cats because I've never been exposed to them. My foster mom calls me a lap dog because I like sit on her knees and to be petted, or just lay next to her and sleep. I do not play with toys a lot. Sometimes, I just like to play tug of war. I prefer companionship and play well with other dogs at the park.

Reason for re-homing:

I was fostering this puppy when I lived in PA. When I moved to Fl, I did not want to go him back in a overcrowded high killer shelter . So, I adopted him, and brought with me to give a chance to find his family where he will be loved and being a companion.
