Biography:
I’m looking to rehome this handsome boy! Hank is approximately 1.5yrs old. I got him from the shelter about 5 months ago. He was heart worm positive when I got him and he went through all that treatment. Due to that I had to keep him super calm so he had very little exposure to the rest of the world. Very little dog interaction so far but the little we have had he’s not been aggressive but certainly wants to show dominance. Overall he’s a great dog! The good: he’s house trained, he knows a few commands, and listens pretty well. The bad: he likes to chew. Everyday he grabs something random to chew on. He is kennel trained but sometimes chews on the kennel so i usually leave him free in the house. I have a 10yr old son and he’s great with him (sleeps in the bed with him every night) but protective of both of us. He’s also been great with other kids. However yesterday he lightly snapped at a kid that went to pet him. This scares me so he’s got to go. I’m not looking for any rehoming fee. But I will need to meet the interested people as well as see their home because I want to ensure he’s going to a good place. He is neutered and is up to date on all shots.
