Pet’s Name: Joker
Biography:
Joker is a 2-year old pup with a very sweet disposition. He loves adults, children and other dogs and only barks at door bells and danger. I believe this behavior may have been trained into him. He is an indoor dog, housebroken, playful and minds his manners. Joker is high energy and walks upwards of 4 to 5 miles per day, has playtime and has a blast running in the yard.
His previous owner purchased him after his wife died 2 years ago. He quickly grew to learn that his medical condition would not allow him to have a dog with such energy and also, he was not knowledgeable about dogs and their needs. When the owner explained he was going to turn the dog in to a shelter, which in Riverside County means immediate euthanasia, I made the decision to foster him until we could find him a forever home.
I have spent time fostering Joker and can attest to his gentle nature. He is a good boy and deserves a forever home where he is loved. Joker is not at all aggressive or food motivated. He is solely motivated by toys and play and is a sucker for pets, hugs and kisses.
