Pet’s Name: Millie
Biography:
Meet Millie!!! Millie is a very sweet, energetic, snuggly puppy who has been estimated to be ~16 weeks based on her teeth. Millie was found August 29th on Westheimer in Houston. She was being thrown into the street as cars were coming by a male individual. I was leaving the parking lot across the street when I happened to see it happening repeatedly. I pulled up alongside them and trying to think of anything to entice them to hand her over, held up a $10 bill. Before I could even say anything, they dropped her through my open car window and took the money and took off. There were 2 individuals, a male and a female, both appeared to be dealing with homelessness and potentially addiction based on appearance/attitude/ability to speak clearly. I have had Millie since! I adore her, but the plan was never to keep her, so I am searching for a loving and safe home for this sweet girl. She is very playful, good with cats (and kittens) good with other dogs, good with kids, and an excellent snuggler! She will sit and stand on her hind legs to “dance” on command. She is house trained, but not kennel trained. She free roams while we are out of the house and she doesn’t tear things up or mess up furniture. She is a really good girl who I want to find a really good home for! Millie would do fantastic in a home with another pet for her to play with! Millie LOVES attention, so the more people there to love on her, the better.
