Pet’s Information

Pet’s Name: Otis

Biography:

Otis is a sweet, affectionate 2-year-old Dutch Shepherd who loves to cuddle and chill on the couch. He has a moderate energy level—happy to go for walks and play, but just as content to relax with his people. He is crate-trained and has always been good with kids (he’s never had any issues around our 10-month-old).

Special Notes

•  Food allergy: Otis is allergic to chicken and develops rashes if fed chicken-based dog food. He does well on non-chicken formulas.

•  Noise sensitivity: He can be timid around loud noises such as semi-trucks and garbage trucks, but settles well once the noise passes.

Breed: Dutch Shepard mix

Gender: Male

Date of Birth: May 15, 2024

Color/Markings: Brindle

Weight: 65lbs.

Size: Large

Re-Home Fee: $75

Reason for re-homing:

We are relocating to Austin in the next month and have had a very hard time finding housing that will accept a dog of his size. We also have a 10-month-old baby, and between work and taking care of our little one, we simply haven’t been able to give Otis the time, exercise, and attention he needs and deserves.
We want him to go to a home where he can be a priority again. If you need more info feel free to reach out
