Penny is a 1‑year‑old female dog, house‑trained, very smart, and energetic dog who thrives with plenty of exercise and structure. She loves the dog park, learns quickly with treat‑based training, and is easy to bathe and groom—she tolerates ear cleaning well. She grew up around cats and does best with an experienced owner who can match her energy and continue her training. Because she plays rough, she may not be the best fit for homes with small children.
Penny prefers not to be left alone for long periods and loves to follow her person around and relax next to them. She is fully potty trained and stays accident‑free when kept on a consistent schedule. She does best with durable, chew‑proof toys.
