Hi Friends!

My name is Piper and I’m a 4-year old rescue looking for my forever home. A few things about me:

1. I LOVE my family more than anything in the world. I will always be by their side, do whatever they say, and give them all my love. I’m a total sweetheart.
2. I don’t shed AT ALL, I’m practically hypoallergenic with my very short coat (although I don’t like the cold weather)
3. I’m SO GOOD around the house. I dare you to find a pup better house-trained than me! I can hold my pee for 8+ hours while you’re at work, I’ve never once chewed anything I’m not supposed to, never eaten off the counter, and love sleeping in my crate and night so you can have your bed-space.
4. I’m great LISTENER. I love my place so I’ll always go there and stay as long as you ask. I love walks and exploring outside but I always take your instruction on-leash. I know you can’t play with me 24/7 so I’m perfectly content to lounge around and take naps most of the day as long as I get my morning and evening walks. And I know you probably don’t like me to beg at the table so even though I love food I’ll always leave you alone at the table. Being a good listener also means I never bark unnecessarily, only to alert my family of strangers approaching our home.
5. I had a hard time in my earlier years so I’m a little wary of strangers but it’s because I love my family so much and would never let anything happen to them.
6. I'm currently being fostered by a veterinarian so I'm in excellent health and am fully up-to-date on all my preventive medical care.
