Biography:
Darcy is an 11-year-old Pit Bull mix we picked up from a shelter in Alabama. She is a sweet and loving dog, but has anxiety and difficulty adjusting to new situations/people. She would be best as a solo dog in a loving home that can give her the space and patience she deserves. Despite her size, she's a huge lap/couch dog who would love nothing more than to curl up next to you while you watch TV. She has been good with out son from birth to four years, but she hasn't had much experience with other children. She's a bit protective, barking at the fence when other dogs go by. While she is a little high-strung at times, Darcy is a sweet dog with the heart of a puppy.
