Meet Delta! Delta is a beautiful 3½-year-old German Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix with a loyal heart and a playful spirit. She's house-trained, crate trained, spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and knows her basic commands. She loves playing fetch, enjoys walks and car rides, and settles quietly in the house. While she's a little shy when meeting new people, she quickly becomes a devoted, affectionate companion who loves being close to her person and happily accepts pets and scratches.
Delta is looking for a home where she can be the only pet. She has a history of resource guarding with other dogs, so she'll do best with an experienced owner who can provide a calm, structured environment without other animals. She has no known history of aggression toward people.
We're fostering Delta after she was abandoned and are committed to helping her find the loving forever home she deserves. We already have a small dog of our own, so we can't keep her permanently, but we know she'll be an incredible companion for the right person.
