Pet’s Name: Milo
Biography:
Milo is truly one of the sweetest cats you could ever meet and genuinely does not have a mean bone in his body. He absolutely loves people and is incredibly social, affectionate, and cuddly. Milo is also very vocal and loves to “talk back” to you during conversations, although he usually only meows when spoken to first. He has a loud, deep, relaxing purr and has been the perfect emotional support companion. Whether you are having your best day or your worst day, Milo will be right beside you offering comfort and companionship. Milo was a stray cat in 2020 and given to me by a customer
He tends to follow his person around like a little shadow and will always choose a spot in the home closest to you. Milo has such a nurturing and calming energy about him and thrives on love and connection.
Milo is a slightly chunky boy due to being lovingly overfed by my younger siblings while I was away at college, but he has since lost a healthy amount of weight. In 2023, he experienced a urethral blockage that was treated successfully, and he has not had any health issues since. He is up to date on his annual vaccines and will need booster shots in August.
He enjoys playtime and enrichment activities, although he is definitely more on the lazy side and loves relaxing with his people. Milo adores children and has done very well with other animals throughout his life, especially his brother Marz. However, he has recently not been getting along with my partner’s dog and appears stressed in that environment.
Milo is very tolerant and easygoing. He allows baths without issue and genuinely seems to enjoy being clean and having a tidy environment, including a clean litter box. He also loves sunbathing but is an indoor cat.
I truly believe Milo would thrive in a loving home that prioritizes cat enrichment, companionship, and emotional connection. He would make an incredible ESA or family companion for someone looking for a gentle, affectionate, and loyal cat.

Reason for re-homing:
It breaks my heart to make this decision, but due to financial hardship, allergies within the household, and an upcoming move to a smaller living space that is not suitable for pets, I am looking to rehome my cat. My priority is finding a safe, loving, and stable home where he will receive the care and attention he deserves.
Although Milo has successfully coexisted with dogs in the past, he has recently shown signs of stress around my partner’s dog and frequently hisses when feeling overwhelmed. He has never fought or shown aggression toward the dog and instead chooses to run away and hide, which makes it clear that he is anxious and uncomfortable in the environment. I do not want him living in a constant state of stress or anxiety, and I believe he deserves a home where he feels completely safe, comfortable, and at peace.
This decision was not made lightly, and I am committed to finding the best possible fit for him with someone who will truly love and care for him.
