Todd is very smart and already knows some commands but could still use a lot of training, he's horrible about jumping on people I've been trying to work on that with him. He's the kind of dog that would fit in with someone that takes there dog out to a lot of places since he loves people and things, he doesn't have fleas or heartworm and isn't taking any preventive care for them at this time because I didn't have enough money. He honestly needs a good-sized outdoor space so he feels comfortable and might get a bit sad if he doesn't have it. He very much has that puppy kind of energy and would benefit from lots of toys he can thrash around.
