Biography:
Yuji is really loving and just wants to spend time with you. He loves being pet and loves fetch and other games. He is an incredibly smart dog who has passed beginners training classes and is kennel trained. He has loved hiking when I have been able to take him out to do that. He's also some kind of mix. I got him from a shelter a couple of years ago and they told me he was a golden, but he's definitely a mix. I'm looking for someone who can give him a better, more active life than I can, because I think this is the cause of a lot of the problems we are having. He's an incredible dog, he just deserves a better owner than I can be for him. He is pretty high energy at times. Always happy to play and go on a walk. His favorite game is fetch and he can play forever. He's hesitant to start tug of war but once it gets started he loves it. Yuji would thrive in an environment where someone can spend time playing with him and take him on more active walks or hikes. He's been fine with kids in the past but I don't have kids to say for sure. Hed thrive best in an environment without other dogs OR with enough time to wear him out activity wise. He is house trained, crate trained, and has completed basic behavioral training.

Mostly, he has a lot of energy and I work a lot. Work has only been getting crazier and giving me crazier hours, so he needs someone who has enough time for him (not a ton, just more than I have right now). Because hes been so stir crazy, hes been having issues with my roommates dogs.
